Байгазиев Асанкул

Painter, graphic artist. Born on 8 June 1952 in the village of Orgochor, Jety-Oguz district. In 1972 he graduated from Frunzensk Art College and in 1978 - from the Moscow State Institute named after V.I.Surikov, workshop of T. T. Surikov. In 1978 - Moscow State Institute named after V.I. Surikov, workshop of T. Salakhov. Salakhov. Since 1988 - a member of the Union of Artists of the Kyrgyz Republic. In his painting there is a rational realistic beginning and aspiration to express social problems of his epoch. In graphics dominates the objectless avant-garde art of the game of lines, spots, textures, harmoniously rhythmised into abstract images. Participant of national and international exhibitions. Works are kept in the Kyrgyz National Museum of Fine Arts named after G. Aitiev, as well as in museums of the CIS and private collections of foreign countries.
